Community Service
Members are encouraged to keep a record of volunteer hours. Report your hours to Joan Thornburg, 908 Orange Avenue, Holtville, CA 92250-1267 or call her at 760 356-2527. We want to estimate the hours in February of 2008..so let us know early. The deadline for submitting the record to our "Division 64" is March 1, 2008. These retired teacher "service" hours add-up to millions of dollars saved statewide for our school districts and at community events.
